Hello everyone, my name is Pichakorn Yuenyongkullawut, Human Resource from Rabbit Line Pay. Rabbit Line Pay, affiliated corporations of Line Thailand and Rabbit BTS cards, is the company that makes E-Wallet or Online-wallet.

So, what is the main objectives of your printing?

Mostly, our company prints QR code labels for making a payment through Rabbit Line Pay app. We print a lots of labels to make sure that we can put in every stores. That’s why we do printings almost everyday. Anyway, for only our company purposes, we normally print business cards. But we plan to print some envelopes, letterheads, and presentation folders soon. It is to use in our company.

So, how do you knew Gogoprint?

Actually, our seniors recommend me and Rabbit Line Pay also has been using the services from Gogoprint for a long time.

Well, what was the reason that convey you to make more orders with Gogoprint?

It's quite easy to order. Because we have experiences about printing with another printings before. We had to contact to sales teams and some time, they didn’t answer us. It took a long time. But at Gogoprint, we can print by ourselves on the website. It's very easy because the details that we need to know, such as the prices, the amounts, and the type of printing, these all details are on the website. Especially at the Rabbit Line Pay, we have our sales-teams that always have to use business cards and we don’t know when it’s gonna out of stock.

That’s why we also need to print urgently. We really like your processes that make us more convenient. We don’t have to wait for quotation and make a phone call. Also, we can make more order anytime we want by ourselves.

So, before you have heard of us, how was your experience printing with other printing-services?

Well, we had to print, draft or even call to sales-team by ourselves. Also, every time when we wanted to print, we had to send emails to them with the all details such as specifications, die cutting, amounts, and so on. It is because other printings, they don’t have the ordering-process on their website same as at Gogoprint. Some time, we forgot to send some details via email. They didn’t understand what we want. So, the printings that came out didn’t meet our needs. And it took about 1 week to change the goods.

Well, such a long time. So, what was the deciding factor that made you choose to print with Gogoprint?

We still want the same design of business cards and other printings as we printed last time. We try to print with other printings and compare with Gogoprint. But we found out that their works were in so poor quality; different colors, poor papers quality, even we used the same artwork as we printed at Gogoprint. So we decided to reprint and made more orders with Gogoprint. And the most important point is the price. It isn’t different.

What was your first thought when you saw the Gogoprint website?

Well, it’s really convenient and easy to use. Because your website is classified. And your website always reminds us to do not forget to upload the artwork files. This make us feel relieved that we will not forget to upload files and make our printings delayed.

I like ordering printing processes that I can make an order by ourselves. I don’t have to send emails about the details or make a phone call to sales-team. I want Gogoprint to keep it easy, simple, and convenient like this.
