Nice to meet you, miss Kullanun. Thank you for sparing us your time to do this interview today. Before we dive right in, could you please briefly introduce yourself and your business to our lovely readers?

With pleasure! My name is Kullanun Yongtonsakul. I’m the owner of “Captain Squid” bakery shop.

I must say, these fresh bakeries smell really good, but that’s not the reason why we choose to interview you. It’s because of your adorable poster design that got us here with you today. The first question, how did you get to know Gogoprint, and what is the reason that made you decide to print with us?

Well, I got to know Gogoprint through Google. I typed in the term “printing service’ and I was comparing between many different printing-service providers. In the end, I decided to print with Gogoprint because the website clearly displays the price and the duration of the printing process, which is very convenient for me because I save time by not having to make any phone calls.

Google has always been an important channel for us to connect with our customers. What product do you mostly order from us to be used with your bakery shop?

I mostly order products that can be given out to my customers. For example, brochures or postcards of manuals on how to store the bakeries, or how to warm them up. These products are put into the bakery box when a customer makes a purchase.



That’s one creative idea to create the best customer experience for your customers. I have noticed that you have made 6 repeated orders with us. What made you decide to print reprints with us so many times?

It’s easier to order a reprint, especially for the product that I already have an artwork of. With just one click, I could make a reprint of the same thing. If I run into a problem with the website, I could get help via the live chat instantly. It is very fast, easy, and convenient.

Speed is always key. When you were using our website, did you encounter any problem or difficulty?

There was this one minor incident. I uploaded my artwork file to the website, but the system told me that no artwork was uploaded. I was a bit worried at the time. So, I quickly contact the customer service via the live chat to help confirm that my artwork was uploaded. The customer service team was very helpful and very quick to respond even though it was just a minor problem.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. I will contact the development team to make sure that this problem will never happen again. If you have to recommend our service to your friends, what would you say?

I would say that this is the best place to get any printing done. And I have already said so to many of my friends too. One of the reasons is that it’s convenient, and you could also ask for paper samples. I once asked for the samples, and I was given many samples to choose from. It feels good to use this service. It’s like a new way to get printing done, because you don’t have to call anyone, since you could do everything yourself. The delivery is spot on. Always on time, and never late. Sometimes, the delivery comes early too!
