Hi all, we are very delighted to present a special interview with one of our important customers, Mr. Phat Tiramongkol, who has kindly spared us his time and made this interview possible. Let’s find out what he thinks about Gogoprint, the feelings he has experienced from us, and his recommendations to make Gogogprint even better!

Hello Mr. Phat, we first would like thank you for joining us in this interview. Could you please introduce yourself to our readers?

Gladly! Hello, my name is Phat Tiramongkol. I am a freelance graphic-designer and also a university professor.

First question, which of our products do you usually order to be used for your business?

The main product that I usually order are “postcards”, because I design and sell postcards online to customers outside of Thailand. I also order a lot of flyers to promote the graphic-design school that I own.

Being a professional graphic-designer that you are, what do you think about the artwork blogs on our website?

I have checked them out. I think that they would be very beneficial to a lot of the designers that are just starting out, as they are filled with details. However, I think it would be more beneficial to a lot of people if Gogoprint could create tutorial videos on how to order the products online through the website. I think that it would help the customers more.

What makes you decide to print with GGP

First of all, I personally think that the website is very lively and vibrant. You can easily tell that it’s a Gogoprint website. Another reason is that the website is very easy to use and navigate. Also, you can contact the customer support directly on the website via the chat messenger. I have used Gogoprint’s service 2-3 times before this interview, and I am fully satisfied with the service every time. The last time I visited the website, there were many new products, which is a good thing for a graphic-designer like me, as well as business owners.

Other than our website and customer support, is there anything else that you are specially impress with Gogoprint?

Other than the service, I am also very impress with the paper samples that come in a big booklet. I have printed with other companies before, and when I ask about papers, I normally get an email reply with only a bit of information on paper selections. This has led to many products being mistakenly ordered with the wrong paper type. But with Gogoprint, I believe that this problem is solved.

Which part of Gogoprint do you see that needs to improve ?

I would like to see more paper selection options available. For example, I would like to be able to select a black color paper to print my artwork that is in white. Another thing is that there should be a clear instruction on sticker artworks, whether there should only be one sticker in the artwork or all the stickers that are needed to be printed.

Would you suggest GGP to your friends?

Absolutely, because of how easy and convenient Gogoprint is to users. I’m certain that no one wants to directly contact the printing house, it is very time consuming and you have to wait a long time.

If you need to suggest GGP to your friends, what would you say?

If you are looking for affordable, but high quality print. Look for Gogoprint!

From 0-10, how would you rate the navigability of our website?

I would give a 9/10. I will leave 1 point out to let you guys continue improving.
